Job summary

Foster Farms in California is seeking a swing shift packaging associate to hand roll, wrap, and pack ready-to-eat products into cases, ensuring GMPs and quality standards are met and maintaining steady production flow.

Responsibilities include wrapping tortillas at 52–60 per minute, packing burritos, enchiladas, tacos and flautas, rotating with the tortilla placer, and assembling and sealing cartons. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate packaging equipment or learn to operate it.
• Commitment to safety and following all SSOPs and MSDS.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet company standards.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Overtime availability as required in production schedules.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wrap tortillas at 52–60 per minute according to wrap configuration.
• Receive and pack frozen or packaged food items into cartons per requirements.
• Rotate with tortilla placer as needed.
• Assemble and seal cartons; place and transport boxes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
