Job summary

Woodland Gourmet in the United States is seeking a Machine Operator to safely set up and operate dry powder production lines, ensure GMP and quality standards, and support sanitation.

You will lead the line crew, perform changeovers and adjustments, verify weights and seal integrity, and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily targets while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ operating manufacturing equipment; food industry background a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Perform machine changeovers, routine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Verify product quality (weights, codes, seal integrity) and ensure finished goods meet specifications.
• Report production activities and complete line paperwork on time.
• Follow GMPs, hygiene rules, and sanitary work practices.
