Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. seeks an entry-level packaging/inspection associate to support pre-cooked and post-cooked product flow, monitor pack-off area, and stack finished cases.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, operate tape machines, ensure pallet labeling, follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and safety protocols, and work in a cold plant environment around 50 degrees. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety standards; prior food manufacturing experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, self-driven, and good communication skills.
• Experience in a food manufacturing plant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pre-cooked or post-cooked products for quality and packaging compliance.
• Manually assemble and/or pack product meeting line standards.
• Lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Check packaging material for damage and report non-compliant products.
• Perform line sanitations/housekeeping and monitor packing equipment.
