Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a Production Worker to perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, preparing, and moving materials in a food manufacturing setting. You will monitor equipment, inspect products, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow GMP and safety policies. No travel is required; overtime opportunities may apply as part of a total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Read a scale and document weights and input into ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into equipment and unload work in progress or finished product.
• Observe for equipment malfunctions or product defects and report to supervision.
• Identify reject product and remove as needed.
• Dip product into sanitizing bath and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in production environment.
