Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a production worker to perform manual labor on the manufacturing floor, including loading, unloading, lifting, and preparing materials for processing.

You will monitor equipment for malfunctions, inspect products to spec, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety policies. Training is provided for pre-operation, sanitation, and ERP documentation.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a readiness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read scales and document weights for ERP input.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0–1 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a production line and move materials safely.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and product defects.
• Dip product in sanitizing bath and inspect for quality.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow GMP and food safety rules.
• Follow safety procedures and complete pre-operation setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
