Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers as needed.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance, pricing activities, and signage.
