PRI Global seeks a Food Microbiology Laboratory Specialist to support in-house food microbiology testing and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microbiology testing, media preparation, plating, and sample processing.

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific field.
2–3 years of hands-on food microbiology testing experience preferred.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, candidates must have 5+ years of relevant food microbiology work experience.
Strong hands-on microbiology laboratory experience is required.
Experience with food ingredients, finished products, and/or environmental samples is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support in-house food microbiology testing and laboratory operations.
Hands-on microbiology testing, media preparation, plating, and sample processing as required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
