Qualifications

• 1-2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems along with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and vendor relationship management skills.
• Food manufacturing experience or knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, labels, and supplies to support production needs.
• Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system while maintaining accurate supplier records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and quality departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages while maintaining efficient stock levels.
• Track supplier performance and resolve issues involving pricing, quality, shortages, or delivery delays.
