Reser’s is seeking a Food Manufacturing Maintenance Manager based in Hillsboro, Oregon, to lead maintenance teams, supervise repairs, and drive preventive maintenance across our facility.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to coordinate with operations to minimize downtime. On-site position with relocation options may be considered.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job Specifications

• 10+ years maintenance experience is required.
• Electrical mechanical experience is preferred.
• Basic computers skills are required.
• Training experience is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions.
• Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required.
• Travel 5% of the time.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
