Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a global leader in flexible staffing, is seeking a Machine Operator in Goldsboro, NC. You will support the manufacturing department with equipment setup, troubleshooting and quality assurance, working a 4pm–2am shift Monday through Saturday. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate qualified equipment in the department.
Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment issues under supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Adjust line speeds as necessary to meet production standards and maintain quality.
Monitor food safety and quality critical limits, ensuring compliance at all times.
