Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a packaging associate in Garden Grove, CA to prepare products for shipment. You will casing finished goods into cases, sorting and repackaging when needed, and ensuring items move smoothly along the conveyor system. The role includes using proper PPE and adhering to dress and safety standards.

Attendance and punctuality are required, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM. This is a temporary staffing assignment with benefits offered through Randstad's program.

• Casing: Package finished goods into cases/boxes for logistics and shipment.
• Repack: Sort, re-handling, re-labeling, or repackaging units as required.
• Packaging & sorting: Place finished goods into boxes, cartons, or crates along the conveyor system.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; continuous repetitive movements throughout shift. Working Environment: Varied environmental conditions including high humidity, wet conditions, extreme heat (100°F+), and cold/winter environments requiring proper winter clothing. PPE & Safety Gear: Issued to all personnel. Uniform cleaning & maintenance required. Full PPE set must be returned upon end of assignment. Attendance: Punctuality and strict adherence to schedule are mandatory.
