Itlearn360 is seeking a dedicated Food Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN, for a critical role in their food production facility. You will perform maintenance and repairs on food processing equipment, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with stringent food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has experience in a maintenance role within a food production environment, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and a commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a food production environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on food processing equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of machinery.

Connaissances

Troubleshooting and repair of various types of equipment

Knowledge of food safety regulations

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans

Excellent problem-solving skills

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical degree or certification in maintenance preferred
