Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Lead Worker at Harmony Science Academy Plano to support weekday morning meal service. You will help prepare and serve vibrant menus and maintain a safe, clean kitchen and dining area for staff and students.

You will supervise front-line workers, coordinate daily tasks with on-site management, and assist in delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction, while building your career with a global company.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and safety-conscious mindset required.
• Minimum 1 year of related food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of workers in food operations under on-site management.
• Perform day-to-day tasks in addition to supervision duties.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and issue resolution.

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour - $16.00 per hour

As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menusand ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities include

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
