Sodexo Fort Worth is hiring a Food Lead Worker for full-time, weekday morning shifts. You will help with preparation and serving of menus while keeping a safe work environment for staff and guests.

You’ll lead a small team, ensure quality service, and coordinate with on-site management. The role requires reliable attendance and strong customer service skills to support daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menusand ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities include:

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
