Job summary

Sodexo at OU Health – University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City is hiring a Food Lead Worker for full-time days with varying shifts. You’ll help prepare and serve menus while ensuring a safe, clean environment and friendly customer service that brightens daily interactions.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, a team-oriented attitude, adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to safe working conditions. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $16.78 per hour - $17.79 per hour
