Sodexo at NEBRASKA MEDICAL CENTER is hiring a Part-time Food Lead Worker. You’ll help prepare and serve vibrant menus, ensure a clean, safe kitchen and dining area, and greet coworkers and guests with a positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and at least one year of related experience. Shifts vary with days/hours; pay ranges from $18.23 to $21.88 per hour, with the potential for site-specific benefits and opportunities to grow within the Sodexo network.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
