Job summary

PastryStar in Laurel, MD is seeking a Warehouse Production Associate to support daily production and packaging of baked goods. You will help with inventory, labeling, and quality checks while operating forklifts and pallet jacks and maintaining sanitation standards.

You'll work a full-time, night shift schedule (8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri, with overtime). Prior warehouse or food manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required; training will be provided to ensure accurate, safe workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
• Certification in forklift operation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce, package, and label finished goods to meet quality standards.
• Assist in organization and stock control of raw materials and finished products.
• Safely handle materials and operate warehouse equipment.
• Inspect goods for packaging, labeling, and expiration dates.
• Maintain sanitation and document product movements.
