White Tank & Truck Repair in Belleville, IL is seeking a dependable Food Grade Tank Wash Technician to operate our CIP wash system and clean interior, food-grade trailers to high safety standards. The role is Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with a pay rate of $24.39/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential; night shift earns $26.39/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in tank washing or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• CDL is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the automated CIP tank wash system
• Clean and sanitize interior food-grade tank trailers
• Power wash trailer exteriors, hoses, and fittings
• Inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and food-grade compliance guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
