Job summary

Cane Rosso Carrollton is seeking friendly Hosts & To-Go team members to warmly greet guests, manage waitlists, and guide orders with a smile. You’ll play a pivotal front-door role shaping the Cane Rosso experience in a fast-paced, pizza-loving environment.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with wages $12–$14/hour based on experience, plus benefits for full-time staff and team discounts. Join a fun, energetic crew that values hospitality and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant hosting experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking to just about anyone.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask when the restaurant gets busy.
• Availability for days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with OpenTable Guest Center is a big plus.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a great attitude.
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center
• Keep the restaurant flowing by communicating with servers, bartenders, and managers
• Answer phones promptly and confidently help guests with questions
• Take and organize to-go orders accurately
• Keep the host stand organized and ready for whatever the shift throws your way
• Read the room, anticipate guest needs, and jump in to help your teammates
• Make sure guests leave feeling just as good as they did when they walked in

Cane Rosso in Carrollton is looking for fun, friendly, hospitality-loving Hosts & To-Go team members to join our crew!

You're the first hello, the last goodbye, and everything in between. Whether you're welcoming a table, managing a packed waitlist, answering the phone, or making sure a to-go order gets into the right hands, you help set the tone for the entire Cane Rosso experience.
