Overview

The Food Expeditor serves patrons by setting tables, replacing silverware, keeping beverage glasses full, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards, while ensuring a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge team members and guests professionally.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization at the expo station and surrounding areas.
• Stock condiments, sauces, utensils, and expo tools.
• Replenish beverage service areas.
• Know menu pricing, item locations, and specials.
• Understand food preparation and verify modifications and allergies.
• Operate expo and line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and prioritize incoming tickets, coordinate orders, and ensure proper delivery and presentation.
• Act as communication link between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Maintain calm during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality checks on plates before leaving the pass.
• Support teamwork by anticipating needs.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction.
