Walmart Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Technician in Facility Services for Food Equipment to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair food equipment, and manage work orders and contractors.

The role requires a mix of plumbing, electrical, and material handling skills with on-call support as needed. The ideal candidate will have vocational certification or related license, 2+ years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification in plumbing, electrical, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or material handling equipment.
• License in a related trade for the city and/or state.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no DUIs in the last five years.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs equipment and fixtures; notes wear and tear and replaces as needed.
• Performs major and minor repairs on food equipment and facilities using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related skills.
• Operates, inspects, and tests equipment to diagnose issues and documents repairs.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; tracks parts and purchases.
