Job summary

The Rustic Dallas is seeking a Food and Drink Runner to deliver orders between the kitchen and bars, ensuring guests receive beverages and meals promptly. You will help maintain a smooth dining experience by responding to guest needs and assisting with table service.

Ideal candidates are available for multiple shifts, including weekends, possess strong communication, and can stay on their feet while carrying trays. Training is provided to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
• Communicate food changes or mistakes to chefs, noting allergies.
• Ensure food is served safely and at proper temperatures.
• Assist guests with additional orders or refills.
• Clear and deliver dirty dishes to the dish station.
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
