Job summary

UNFI is looking for a Warehouse Associate to handle general duties including pallet consolidation, cubing routes, and safe handling of products. The role requires coordination with loaders and foremen to optimize unloading schedules and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Experience in warehouse settings is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and safety awareness are essential to ensure accurate inventory, proper pallet stacking, and adherence to procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, good organizational skills.
• Warehouse/Operations experience preferred but not required.
• System Implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and cube routes to fit trailer types.
• Unloads and stores products safely; maintains pallet organization.
• Coordinate with loaders and foreman on truck unloading and prioritization.
