Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in community engagement preferred.
• 2 years experience in volunteer engagement.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple volunteers in an outdoor working environment.
• Flex time to accommodate evening hours and occasional weekend responsibilities.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director of Marketing on the management of each food distribution location, overseeing +/- 15 volunteers per site.
• Develop culture of volunteerism at each location, including recruitment of additional volunteers.
• Track data for reporting needs as set forth by grant requirements.
• Engage community partners, document engagement activities including MOUs and paperwork.
• Coordinate program equipment and supply needs daily.
• Identify and participate in outreach opportunities.
• Work with Graphic Design and Social Media teams to deliver materials.
• Conduct, review, analyze and report all data.
• Collaborate with other departments for project requests.
