Zekai is seeking a Food Delivery App User Tester for a remote contractor role in the United States. You will help train AI systems by supplying high-quality real-world input from your experience with food delivery apps.

You will document user journeys, generate realistic search intents, annotate results, and provide actionable feedback on usability and app features. Strong written English and independent remote work are essential.

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
• Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Generate queries and conduct reasoning exercises to test and enhance model understanding of user behaviors.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
• Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — clarity and detail matter.
• Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Background or interest in UX, AI, or digital product feedback.
• Exposure to a variety of food delivery platforms and markets.
