Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a General Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness of dishes, equipment and kitchen areas. You will help keep the dining environment sanitary, support daily operations, and uphold safety and service standards for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils clean and sanitized to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
