Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day food court operations including training, scheduling and inventory control.
• Assist with preparing and cooking mass quantities of food for finishing cooks.
• Ensure compliance with company and state sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cold and hot food logs and related records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
