Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and managing expenses in line with sales targets.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and supports a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity standards while aligning with Walmart values.
