Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms-related requirements may apply for certain facilities (CBC and training).
• Associates will attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and deliver high-quality service.
• Promote a belonging mindset and recruit/develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
