Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and guiding associates.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
• Supervises hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring and recognition.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and integrity while delivering customer service.
