Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Model exceptional customer service and drive customer-first initiatives across store operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain integrity and ethics across the organization.
