Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and keep our Fresh departments well‑stocked and inviting. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers find what they need while maintaining clean, attractive displays.

Successful candidates enjoy a fast pace, physical work, and teamwork in a grocery environment. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a fresh, welcoming store experience in Fresh departments.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find items.
• Maintain full, fresh, visually appealing displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise per standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Support multiple departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
