Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver friendly service in our Fresh departments. You’ll help customers, keep displays fresh, and work across meats, bakery, deli, produce and grocery to ensure a smooth store experience.

You’ll build product knowledge, share recommendations, and maintain cleanliness while following safety standards. This role fits active individuals who enjoy teamwork and helping families shop with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
