Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in our Fresh departments. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and help locate items while maintaining clean, well-organized displays.

This role supports multiple departments and uses technology to complete daily tasks. Applicants should be friendly, reliable, and able to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
