Buddy Bells, Inc. is a Taco Bell franchisee in Mattoon, IL seeking friendly team members for part-time or full-time roles. You will be employed by the franchisee, not Taco Bell Corp.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders and payments, preparing menu items, keeping the dining and drive-thru areas clean, assisting teammates, and resolving customer concerns promptly with shift-leader escalation when needed.

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customer's orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
