Buddy Bells, Inc. is a franchisee of Taco Bell recruiting team members for part-time or full-time roles in the Chicago area.

You will greet customers, take orders, and ensure items are prepared to Taco Bell standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area. This role emphasizes working with a team, handling drive-thru and lobby transactions, and addressing customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customer's orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
