Job summary

GoTo Foods is seeking a Category Analyst to support multiple procurement categories across our seven restaurant brands. The analyst will drive product setup, analyze business data, and collaborate with suppliers to improve pricing, item specifications, logistics, inventory, and distribution.

The role works with Category Management and internal stakeholders to source select category products, facilitate RFPs, collaborate on product innovation, and build category reporting, tracking supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, accounting or related field required.
• 1-2 years of procurement/sourcing experience in foodservice or related industry.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with vendor management and communications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly pricing and contract updates with suppliers.
• Maintain data accuracy in pricing systems and contract records.
• Collaborate with Category Manager and Legal on agreements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track category performance.
• Analyze supplier data and support cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinate item specifications and product attributes.
• Support distribution and supply chain optimization.
