Location: Allen, TX

Position Overview:

We are redefining the League Referee position. Our “Match Captains” are experts in the rules and regulations and are key to ensuring a top-tier league experience. They deliver fun, engaging, and safe environments. A successful Match Captain is passionate about soccer, outgoing, an effective communicator, and energetic.

Responsibilities:

Guest & Player Experience

1. Uphold the culture and values of the TOCA brand
2. Promote a fun, engaging, and welcoming leagues experience
3. Display a positive attitude & effort
4. Create an energetic and exciting atmosphere
5. Communicate upcoming events and opportunities

Hosting Games

1. Engage with players on the pitch
2. Explain rules and regulations as needed
3. Ensure game rules are followed

Administrative Functions

1. Track game time, attendance, and statistics

Inspect Equipment

1. Ensure equipment meets specifications
2. Conduct equipment checks

Qualifications & Experience:
