Job summary

The Sports Facilities Advisory & Management is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Team Member at PSM Icehouse in Fort Wayne, IN. You will support daily operations, provide friendly service, handle cash transactions, and assist with event prep and execution.

Responsibilities include customer assistance, food prep support, dishwashing, temperature checks, and maintaining clean concession areas while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outstanding customer service.
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Balance drawer and manage daily income.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner.
• Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
• Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine; wash dishes, carts, pots, pans and equipment.
• Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls during transport.
