Starwood Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the WATR rooftop restaurant in Miami Beach. The role supports both front- and heart-of-house teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Food & Beverage, a strong service mindset, and a willingness to lead by example in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, a team player, natural leader, hardworking and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Support management and the front- and heart-of-house teams for rooftop restaurant operations.
