About the Role:

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Host team, TopGolf Swing Suite, and Ramsay's Kitchen, alongside F&B management. Assist F&B Managers in ensuring staff adherence to Four Seasons standards.

Job duties include:

  1. Training, developing, and overseeing the Host team to ensure operational success
  2. Overseeing the TopGolf Swing Suite and guest experience
  3. Maintaining quality and efficiency of food and service across outlets
  4. Using relevant computer systems
  5. Performing pool attendant, server, and bartender duties as needed
  6. Scheduling staff and managing payroll within budget
  7. Ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations
  8. Participating in staff meetings to communicate policies and increase sales
  9. Knowing all food and beverage items, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years F&B experience, hotel/resort preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work outdoors in spring, summer, and fall
  • A positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
  • Outgoing personality and proactive approach
