Warehouse Food Hall is part of Geronimo Hospitality Group located in Boise, Idaho. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations, lead staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work to maintain service quality, train employees, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while achieving sales and labor cost objectives.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in front-of-house or supervisory roles.
• Ability to use POS system and basic math.

Mansioni

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product substitutions as needed.
• Ensure guest service standards and maintainGeronimo Hospitality standards.
• Develop and train staff to meet objectives in sales, costs, and guest satisfaction.
