Job summary

Palmetto Bluff Investments LLC in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, training staff, coordinating with the department manager, and ensuring professional service of food and beverages while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Weekend/Nights required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Food and Beverage.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the day to day functions of the department while providing excellent customer service, and actively contributing to the department requirements and standards.
