Alila Napa Valley, a Forbes 4-star luxury resort, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide team performance with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. The role partners with leadership to ensure efficiency, high standards, and polished service in a world-class setting.

You will lead by example, manage scheduling and floor supervision, and collaborate closely with culinary and leadership teams to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, coach, and support colleagues to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist with scheduling, shift, coverage, and floor supervision.
• Monitor service flow and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to maintain quality and consistency.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor; someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and exquisite cuisine.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor partners with leadership to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, guide colleagues, and maintain service standards. The role is responsible for supporting team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating memorable guest experiences.

The hourly range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position is $25.00 - $32.50 per hour.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
