In this role, you will:

Be responsible for all food and beverage production and service, supervise front and back of house teams for our Bistro and bar, and manage banquet services when applicable. You will create an environment of professional and personable service that engages employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards at federal, state, local, and company levels.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• At least 2 years of food and beverage supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting
• Banquet and catering experience preferred
• Flexible schedule to support all shifts of the operation
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution
• Strong culinary knowledge, including techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation
• Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certifications
