In this role, you will:
Be responsible for all food and beverage production and service, supervise front and back of house teams for our Bistro and bar, and manage banquet services when applicable. You will create an environment of professional and personable service that engages employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards at federal, state, local, and company levels.
