Job summary

AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee breakfast service, restaurant, bar, banquet and catering operations. You will lead the F&B team, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, able to motivate a diverse team, manage scheduling and costs, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including breakfast service, restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or catering operations as applicable. This position provides leadership and direction to food and beverage team members, ensures exceptional guest service, maintains quality and cleanliness standards, and supports the achievement of departmental financial goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate a team while delivering a consistent and memorable guest experience.

What are we looking for?

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate food and beverage associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, assigning work, and managing staffing levels.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, brand standards, health regulations, and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Control costs by minimizing waste, monitoring portion control, and following proper cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records, reports, and department documentation.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to operational challenges and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
