Qualifications

• 1+ years serving experience.
• Knowledgeable in sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to learn POS systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior personalized service to guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrate beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge.
• Educate and mentor student staff on hospitality practices.
• Present and process guest payments; manage stock.
• Set up and break down dining/service areas; ensure cleanliness.
• Perform in-room-dining (IRD) duties as required.
• Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
