Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and wellbeing in a work setting.
• Ability to build inclusive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• 1+ years of serving experience.
• Knowledge of selling and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to learn POS systems and functions.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior personalized service to guests, including food and beverages.
• Educate and mentor student staff.
• Process guest payments and manage transactions.
• Maintain and requisition stock.
• Set up and break down floor areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform in-room dining (IRD) functions as needed.
• Schedule varies; may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
