Job summary

Shaner Hotels at Toftrees Golf Resort in State College, PA, is seeking team members for our Food & Beverage department. This on-site role requires you to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, ensuring service that reflects our standards and guest expectations.

You will support servers, maintain cleanliness, stock wares, and communicate with managers and staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations and/or training.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
