You will help with dishware, replenishing drinks, and keeping work areas clean and sanitized. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to communicate in basic English with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify labels and read product information.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• CPR Training can be obtained after employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the correct food to guests.
• Seat guests at their tables.
• Assist other team members with service and food delivery.
• Answer guest questions.
• Refill water jugs for guests.
• Ensure guests have appropriate tableware.
• Double check orders before delivery against the ticket.
• Prepare sauce cups for servers.
• Cut fruit for bartenders.
• Prepare the expo line for service.
• Bus tables as needed.
• Sweep and mop work areas and sanitize common areas.
• Report unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
